The Grosse Pointe Public Library is a place for all
This year, we celebrate the Library’s unique ability to connect us to information, inspiration, education and, most importantly, to each other.
It is important to remember that, even in this information age, we gain knowledge not just from the written word (digital or print), but also from our interactions with other people. Human connection is essential to our collective emotional health and a most worthy endeavor for a public institution. Providing the community with facilities that encourage this interaction in a safe, inviting and comfortable manner are the goals set forth in a year-long space and capital needs assessment study of all three branches.
Improvements to the three branches will be greatly enhanced with your support. Members of the Friends and donors to the Foundation make a dramatic impact every year.
